ADELAIDE

Friday, 5 April 2024 (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

1. AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
2. Strictly NO photography allowed around and within the premise of the Expo;
3. All materials used are for promotional purposes only;
4. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the Expo;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;
6. AUG collects personal information for the use within AUG only. All information is treated Private and Confidential;
7. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer;
8. Strictly NO outside food and drinks to be consumed at the event;
9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are optional while attending the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo;
10. DO NOT enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
11. AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel corona virus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated before attending the Expo;
12. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in.

Application Fee Waived

1. Students must apply on the StudyExpo day to be eligible for on-the-day promotions;
2. Application fees will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the Expo;
3. Upon receiving fee waivers, all applications must be complete and submit application form(s) at the AUG table on the StudyExpo day for processing purposes;
4. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Adelaide;
5. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student record for assessment outcomes;
6. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability, and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor award of any university scholarship;
7. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;

3. All seminars are free to attend to anyone;
4. Seminar contents only represent seminar presenter’s personal opinions, DO NOT represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;

AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Pre-Event Tickets:

Pre-Event

1. All students who attended AUG Adelaide monthly event / sponsored event prior to AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 are eligible to receive one (1) ticket to enter the Gamers’ Paradise events such as:
   • DIY Workshops at Student Accommodations;
   • Welcome Party;
   • Giveaway Events;
   • Movie Night.
2. Only one (1) pre-event ticket per International Student can be redeemed at AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 for one (1) chance to play in the Game Room;
3. International Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 online mode are not eligible to receive a ticket;
4. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Game Fest Gifts:

Redemption Table

1. Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 and talk to a participating institution on the day of the Expo will receive one (1) ticket per institution to play in the Game Fest;
2. Each ticket can be exchanged for one (1) chance only to play in the Game Fest;
3. Each student can collect multiple tickets to play multiple times in the Game Fest by talking to multiple institutions and/or attending the seminars on the Expo day;
4. Only one (1) ticket per institution can be used to exchange for one (1) chance to play in the Game Fest;
5. The ticket cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;
6. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Course Application Gifts:

Application Gift

1. All International High School Students (Year 12) who provide their SACE details and sign AUG Authorisation form are eligible for one (1) Application Gift;
2. Students who apply to any institutions on AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 (5 April 2024) with complete nomination form OR complete documents will be eligible for one (1) Application Gift per student*;
3. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Limited to one (1) Application Gift per International Student;
4. Student must apply for courses from universities / TAFEs / Colleges (not including CPA, ELICOS courses) on StudyExpo day with complete nomination form OR complete documents to be eligible for the Application Gift;
5. If students do not have complete documents on the day of the Expo, they must bring complete documents to AUG Adelaide office within the next one (1) week from the day of the Expo (e.g. 5 April 2024 – 12 April 2024) to redeem the Application Gift;
6. No cash or other services alternative to the Application Gift will be given;
7. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2023 Lucky Draw Prize:

Lucky Draw Prize

1. All students who physically attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 will be given one (1) numbered ticket at the registration table;
2. Student must put in the numbered ticket into the designated lucky draw box located at the registration table;
3. This promotion is applicable to International Student only and is limited to one (1) Lucky Draw Prize per International Student;
4. Every International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present student ID to collect the Lucky Draw Prize;
5. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;
6. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;
7. AUG collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated as Private and Confidential;

   • Submit their completed application form;
   • Provide all required certified documents;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Brisbane staff.
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Brisbane;
4. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student record for assessment outcomes;
5. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability, and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor award of any university scholarship;

Seminars

Free Milk Tea Giveaway

1. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each student is entitled for only one (1) drink redemption;
2. Student must physically be present upon redemption of Milk Tea from AUG Brisbane staff;
3. In order to redeem the milk tea, student must pre-register event online and need to share AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 flyer which given out on the day to their own social media;
4. Milk tea available while stocks last;
5. No cash alternative will be given.

Game Station in Student Accommodation

1. The Game Station Event is open to all residents who are International Students of our selected Student Accommodation;
2. The Game Station Event is free to attend;
3. Students can arrive anytime during the event period;
4. The Games and scoring criteria will be communicated by AUG Brisbane staff and stated in the scorecard;
5. Prizes will be awarded to students based on their scores in the games;
6. The prize redemption will only take place in the prize redemption table during the event;
7. Each student is entitled for only one (1) prize redemption chance;
8. Prizes are on a first-come-first-served basis;
9. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;
10. Prizes are not-redeemable for cash or other goods and services;
11. Any student found violating the rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified;
12. AUG reserve the right to disqualify any participant at their discretion;
13. AUG are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event; participants are responsible for their own well-being during the event.

Online Lucky Draw Campaign

1. Participants must be either holding student Visa or working holiday Visa in Australia;
2. The Lucky Draw campaign begins on 11 March 2024 and ends on 22 March 2024;
3. To enter the Lucky Draw, participants must scan the provided QR code and complete the registration process; Only one (1) entry per person is allowed;
4. Prizes are randomly and only can be redeemed at AUG Brisbane StudyExpo on 28 March 2024;
5. Winners must present a confirmation email to claim their prize;
6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any service;
7. Any participant found violating the rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified;
8. AUG reserve the right to disqualify any participant at their discretion.

1. Students who register and physically attend on AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 are eligible for only one (1) entry of General Lucky Draw which open to all physical attendants;
2. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Limited to one (1) Random Lucky Draw Prize per International Student;
3. Every International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present student ID to collect the Random Lucky Draw prize;
4. All Lucky Draw prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and may be subject to change;

Prizes Redemption

1. Students who register and physically attend AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 will be eligible to receive an event Passport Leaflet;
2. The Passport Leaflet is to record the points students accumulate on AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024. Students will receive stickers with corresponding point values on their Passport Leaflet from:
   • Each institution participating in StudyExpo, upon visiting their booths and asking questions;
   • Each StudyExpo seminar they attend;
   • Each StudyExpo AUG Game Booth and Student Associations’ Game Booth they participated in.
3. Students can use their accumulated points to redeem different prizes. Each prize will require a different number of points for redemption;
4. The specific number of points required to redeem each prize will be presented at the redemption table on the day of AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024;
5. Remaining points that are insufficient to redeem any prizes cannot be transferred to other individuals;

1. Free migration consultation is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM during AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024, Thursday, 18 April 2024;
2. Consultations will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
3. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation, subject to conditions;
4. The views and information are to be delivered solely by our affiliated Migration Agent (Bond and Forsyth), and it does not necessarily reflect AUG Perth’s views.

AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 International High School Students Gift:

First 30 International High School Students Attend to Receive Free Gift

1. Students must participate in the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024;
2. Pre-register and be the first 30 attendees for StudyExpo 2024 to be eligible;
3. Limited to one (1) gift per International High School Student;
4. Must be high school students who are currently studying in high school;

2. Students must participate in AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024, Thursday, 18 April 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM;

4. This promotion is only applicable to International Students;
5. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for another prize;

1. Flyer must be presented along with the scratchy on the day and venue of the Expo, between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on 18 April 2024. Any scratchy presented outside these times will not be entertained;
2. Only one (1) scratchy and one (1) prize redeemable per International Student;
3. List of prizes include and are only limited to one (1) A$5 Café Guilty Pleasure voucher; or one (1) A$50 off for PTE Magic voucher; or one (1) A$5 T4 Northbridge voucher; or one (1) A$500 off Visa service fee voucher; or one (1) free Visa consultation voucher; or one (1) stationary gift;
4. Prize won is as shown in the scratchy, and cannot be exchanged with any other gift or prize;

Lucky Draw for All Attendees

1. Student must attend the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024;
2. The Lucky Draw is for all International Students only, evidence of International Student status may be requested from the drawn recipient before the prize can be handed over;
3. Students must physically participate in the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024, Thursday, 18 April 2024 between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
4. The recipient must be present him/herself in order to receive the prize, otherwise, the draw / round will be forfeited and re-drawn;
5. Each attendee will only receive one (1) ticket to join in the draw, and each attendee is only entitled to one (1) prize;
6. This promotion is strictly applicable to International Students, if a non-international student is called or drawn, then the prize will be redrawn;
7. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;

9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are NOT mandatory but will be at the discretion of each attendee while attending the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024;
10. Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
11. AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel corona virus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to vaccinate before attending the Expo;
12. By attending AUG Sydney StudyExpo, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in.

Application Fee waived

1. The application fee will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024;
2. To be eligible, students must on the day (23 March 2024):
   • Speak to the university representatives and get their approval of fee waiver codes;
   • Submit their completed application form before 31 March 2024;
   • Provide all required certified documents before 31 March 2024;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Sydney staff;
   • Meet the academic entry requirement.
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions and AUG Sydney according to the fee waiver supplier;
4. Each student is entitled to only one (1) application with fee waiver if it is waived by AUG Sydney.

One-on-One Further Stay Visa Assessment

1. 15-minute free migration assessment is available online if students attend the Expo, receive the migration assessment voucher, and has never obtained a free migration consultation or assessment before;
2. Migration assessment voucher will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis and applicable to the attendees who attend the 485 and Migration Seminars on that day and graduating by January 2025;
3. Migration assessment voucher is able to be redeemed after the the Expo and before 31 January 2025;
4. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation;
5. The views and information are to be delivered solely by our affiliated Migration Agent (Bond and Forsyth), and it does not necessarily reflect AUG Sydney’s views.

Grand Prize – Royal Easter Show Ticket

1. This event is only applicable to International Students who hold an Australian student Visa;
2. Only International Students who attended the Expo and accumulated enough points by doing activities in the event will be entitled to win the Grand Prize – Royal Easter Show Ticket;
3. The Royal Easter Show Ticket is limited and will be redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis;
